I don’t even know where to begin. Faith was our wedding coordinator for both the rehearsal and the big day, and I can honestly say she blew me away. She had everything under control to the point where I, the bride, was relaxed enough to do yoga in the morning and take my sweet time getting ready with my girls—even though there were still a million things left to do. She took it all off my plate without me even having to ask.
She led our rehearsal with confidence and authority. I can confidently say she has found her calling. She was organized, calm, and professional.
She communicated seamlessly with all our vendors, distributed final payments and tips, and somehow managed to absorb my binders of notes and just know exactly what needed to happen, when, and where. Every single guest and family member at our wedding made a comment about how grateful they were she was there.
What stood out most to me was that even when she thought everything was done and was finally enjoying herself on the dance floor, the moment something new came up, she didn’t hesitate. She literally stopped mid-dance move and handled it without missing a beat. That’s the kind of dedication you want in a coordinator. She also had this amazing balance of blending in seamlessly as a guest while still keeping everything under control. She was present, joyful, and part of the celebration, yet somehow always one step ahead making sure nothing was missed. It was absolutely incredible. I would hire her again and again in a heartbeat.

LISTEN UP. If you do anything right with planning your wedding it’s hiring Faith to be your wedding coordinator. First, she has different options, so you can choose how involved you want her to be in helping you. Second, once you do hire her, you’ll feel a weight lifted off your chest. When I say she’s got you… she’s GOT YOU. Let me share my experience… I was a type A Bride. I thought I had it all figured out! Plus the venue we chose had a day of coordinator so what more could I need. WRONG. My venue and coordinator were fantastic, but after meeting with Faith I realized there were critical details missing. At the end of the day, the venue coordinator is very busy and only knows the specifics that directly impact the venue. Even if you share your detailed itinerary, inspiration/style, etc. The day of coordinator with the venue has a lot going on and cannot be everywhere at once. This is where Faith comes in. Do you want three candles and a flower centrepiece to be at tables 3, 4, 9, and 12? And only two candles and a flower centrepiece to be at the rest? No problem. Do you want your flowers to be placed in the vase at an exact 70° degree angle? Faith will bring her protractor. Do you want your table napkins to be folded into little tiny birds? Perfect, Faith will learn origami. Whatever you want, Faith will EXECUTE. Her talent is unmatched. She has years of experience in event planning. She’s driven, and passionate about her job but even more so in ensuring your happiness. She listens to what you have to say and then creates exactly what you are imagining. Even if you don’t know what you want. So whether you’re the person who wants to be involved in every single detail, the person who is in the thick of it and can’t figure out next steps, or the person who has no idea where to start… Call Faith. - From the type A bride who was super calm the entire time and had THE BEST DAY of her life.

If I could give Faith ten stars, I would! Hiring her as our month-of coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding.
To say our planning process had some twists and turns would be an understatement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we actually had to change our wedding venue two different times. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Faith didn't blink an eye. Every single time we had to pivot, she stepped in with absolute grace, professionalism, and a calm demeanor that kept me from completely panicking.
When the big day finally arrived, my husband and I were able to completely relax and actually enjoy every moment because we knew we were in the best hands. Faith executed our rehearsal, and day-of timeline flawlessly, managed our vendors perfectly, and handled every detail behind the scenes incredibly.
